All complaints by people with reduced mobility need to be addressed either

by email to the complaints department of the airport, using this form

or

by letter to the following address:

- Reception of a complaint will be confirmed immediately.
- Treatment of a complaint will be finalised within 21 days at the latest.
- In case of unsatisfactory settlement of the complaint, the person with reduced mobility may address his/her claim to the EU enforcement authorities.
