By train

EuroAirport is not linked directly to the railway system, but there are connections by public transport to the railway stations in Basel with trains to Switzerland, France and Germany, and to the railway stations in Saint Louis and Freiburg.

F - Saint Louis

Destination Saint Louis SNCF train station
Connection to EuroAirport by Distribus shuttle no 11.

F - Mulhouse

Destination Mulhouse SNCF train station
We suggest taking the shuttle bus to the train station in St. Louis (see above) and changing onto a train there.

CH - Basel

- From France, Switzerland and Germany:
Destination Basel Central Train Station (Basel SBB) with the Swiss (SBB), French (SNCF) or German (DB) train network.
Connection to EuroAirport by bus no 50 (timetable: www.bvb.ch/de/fahrplan/haltestellen-fahrplan/?l=Linie 50) from Basel Central Train Station (SBB).

- From Germany:
Destination Basel German Train Station (Basel Badischer Bahnhof) with the German train network
(long distance trains usually continue to Basel Central Station with an easier connection to EuroAirport, see above).
Connection to EuroAirport by tram line no 2 (timetable: www.bvb.ch/de/fahrplan/haltestellen-fahrplan/?l=Linie 02) from Badischer Bahnhof to Bahnhof SBB, then change to airport bus no 50 (timetable: www.bvb.ch/de/fahrplan/haltestellen-fahrplan/?l=Linie 50).

 

D - Freiburg

Destination Freiburg train station
Connection to EuroAirport by Flixbus, departing the central coach station situated next to the railway station.
