You can park your two-wheelers (bicycle, moped, scooter, motorbike, motorcycle, etc.) free of charge in the covered car parks S1 on the Swiss side or F1 on the French side.

For F1, access is via the sidewalk next to the parking entry terminals. The 2-wheel parking is located opposite the car park exit.

To get to S1, follow the signs for TERMINAL, then S1. Turn right as you enter the car park and drive to the end of the car park.

Our car parks are open 24/7.

They are staffed from 4 a.m. to midnight, every day.

At the entrance to the car park, press the button and a ticket will be issued, showing the name and number of your parking spot. The carpark’s name will start with either the letter F for the French sector or with the letter S for the Swiss sector. We recommend that you keep the ticket carefully.

You will have to pay on your return before you go back to the car park (see tariffs and payment options).

All our public car parks allow a free 10-minute drive-through time (from the entrance to the exit barrier).

By cash on the French and the Swiss side
Payment by cash can be effected at the ticket machines in the arrival hall, level 2.

By credit card
French side:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro International credit cards are taken by all ticket machines and at the exit barriers.

Swiss side:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Maestro credit cards are taken by all ticket machines.

Payment has to be effected on the side where you have parked your car (eg. French side). In the Swiss sector payment is to be made in Swiss Francs, in the French sector in Euros.

French sector: Go to an automatic payment machine or drive your vehicle to an exit barrier and make a call via the intercom button. You will be asked to provide your vehicle registration number.

You will be charged an additional administrative fee of 5 € to get a new ticket issued. You can pay by bank card at the exit.

Swiss sector: Go to an automatic payment machine and make a call via the intercom. You will be asked to provide your vehicle registration number.

You will be charged an additional administrative fee of 5 CHF to get a new ticket issued.

If you pay via an automatic payment machine, press the receipt button.

If you pay at an exit barrier, the receipt is issued automatically.

If a receipt is not issued, please make a call via the intercom button on the payment machine or exit barrier before leaving the car park.

A receipt cannot be issued anymore once the vehicle has left the car park.

To cancel a booking, please access your reservation by clicking on “Manage my booking”.

Fill in your e-mail address and your booking number starting with the letters “EAP”, then click on “Find booking”. By subsequently clicking on “Cancel”, your booking will be cancelled, and the fee refunded to the bank card you used to make the booking.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation. Between 48 and 24 hours 50% of the reservation will be charged, below 24 hours the full amount. If you purchase the "Cancellation Option", you can cancel your reservation free of charge at any time before your reservations starts.

The quota for the reservation has been reached. You can come without reservation. We cannot guarantee a place in the parking lot of your choice upon arrival.

Reservations are available in certain parking lots; you can reserve your space in the French or Swiss sector. With a prior reservation, we guarantee you the availability of a parking space. After validation of the payment, a confirmation email is sent containing QR code. This QR code must be scanned at the entrance barrier, a ticket will be issued. Instructions for use are included in the email.

Any parking beyond the reserved period is charged as a new parking period according to our current rates excluding promotions.

You can pay your excess with cash or cards at one of the parking cashiers in the terminal building or directly at the exit barrier of your parking with card only.

You can only make changes to the “personal data” and “car and flight” fields. If you change your vehicle, you do not need to alter your booking. When you scan the QR code at the car park entrance, the system will link the licence plate to the booking and issue a ticket, which you must keep with you.

The parking fee will be displayed at the exit. Don't continue with the payment – instead, please make a call by pressing the intercom button.

To easily change your booking please connect to our website and with “manage my booking” French sector or Swiss sector .

Fill your Email and booking reference (EAP-xxx-xxxxxxxx) and then access to your reservation.

Click on "Modify parking" or "Add extras" and make the changes. After validation a new payment will be necessary to create your new reservation. The cancellation and refund of your previous reservation will be done automatically.

The new confirmation email sent will be necessary to access the car park.

Plan the trip to the EuroAirport

The car parks F1 on the French side and S1 on the Swiss side are adjacent to the terminal building. These car parks are covered and have an access height limit.

The S2 car park on the Swiss side is directly adjacent to the terminal building.

Car parks F3 and F4 (access height limit) and F5 (same as F4) on the French side are located 200-300 metres from the terminal building. You need to include about 5 minutes to walk to the Airport (Level 3).

The long-term car parks S3 and S4 on the Swiss side and F6 on the French side are about 500 metres from the terminal building. You need to include about 10 minutes to walk to the Airport (Level 3). There are no shuttle buses between the car parks and the terminal building.

EuroAirport is an airport with two distinct sectors (a French sector and a Swiss sector) which are clearly separated from each other. Our tariffs for each sector are in line with the charges in these two countries.

You can park your vehicle in the car parks either in the French or the Swiss sector, regardless of the registration and check-in area for your departure.

In order to travel from the French to the Swiss sector or vice versa, you must first pass through the customs zone with your vehicle.

However, it is not possible to drive your vehicle from one customs sector to the other on the airport site.

The border crossing passage for pedestrians is located on Level 3 in the terminal building, in the Departure Hall.

The EuroAirport has a universal charging point on the Parking "Express" on the French and Swiss side, as well as a Tesla charging point.

The use of these terminals is free of charge and subject to the tariffs in force in this car park.
The Parking Express is not intended for parking for more than 4 hours.

Parking any habitable vehicles (camping trailers, camping cars, …) as well as vehicles with trailers is prohibited on the entire airport site (prefectoral decree, article 11).

Please note that some car parks have a maximum height.
