Hand / carry-on luggage

Each airline determines individually which and how many pieces of luggage may be taken into the cabin.

Typical questions:

  • Is an additional bag (for instance a laptop case) permitted?
  • How heavy can my carry-on luggage be?
  • Are liquids allowed in hand luggage?

Important: Liquids may be carried in small quantities only. They must be packed into a transparent, resealable bag (max. 20 x 20 cm). The exact provisions may vary. Please check the requirements with your airline.
