Check-in
For a smooth travel experience, it’s recommended to arrive at the Airport early and to familiarise yourself with the check‑in process beforehand.
Please find below an overview of the various check‑in options – online, at kiosks, at the check-in counter or the evening before (“early check-in”).
Recommended time of arrival at the Airport
It is recommended to arrive at the Airport at least 2 hours before departure. For international flights or during busy periods (e.g., vacation periods, weekends, early‑morning flights), allow extra time.
Please take into account the following steps:
- Check‑in and luggage drop-off
- Security screening
- Time in the terminal (shopping, dining, duty‑free)
- Walking to the departure gate
Note: During peak times, there may be longer waiting times – especially at security and/or passport control for international (non-Schengen) flights. It is recommended to proceed to security immediately after check-in.

- Contactless and convenient
You can drop off your luggage at the Airport either at the standard check‑in counter or the "Baggage Drop‑off".

- Identify yourself at the kiosk with your boarding pass and print out the required baggage tags
- Attach the baggage tags to your luggage
- Then drop off your luggage at a baggage drop-off point
Additional tips
- Keep your travel documents (ID, passport, visa, boarding pass) easily accessible
- Check luggage regulations and check‑in times as they vary from airline to airline
- After check‑in, it is recommended to head directly to security
- Please contact your airline for further information or if you have any questions
