The use of the website is subject to the provisions of French law, in accordance with the Franco-Swiss Convention of July 4, 1949 governing the Airport. Any disputes resulting from it shall come under French jurisdiction. The French version of these general terms shall be the sole authentic version.

The general structure, as well as the texts, photographs, images, animated or otherwise, and all the other elements making up this website, are the property of Basel-Mulhouse Airport.
