Guided visits of the Airport

Requests to visit the airport should be sent to the Airport using the form available on the "Airport tours" page on the website www.euroairport.com.

The services proposed during the visit are presented on the "Airport tours" page on the website. Special or additional services may be provided on request subject to terms and conditions to be agreed with the Airport.

Participation in the visit is contingent on fulfilling the following three cumulative conditions: prior registration of the participant, approval by the police authorities and possession of a valid identity document on the date on the visit. Failing which, participation will not be authorised.

Throughout the whole visit, participants will remain under the responsibility of the person who made the visit request (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser") and will be exclusively liable for all damage whatsoever which they may cause to third parties.

The Organiser will be responsible throughout the visit for the participants' compliance with instructions given by the Airport's accompanying staff. Failing which, the relevant person(s) may be excluded from the visit or the visit may be cancelled by the Airport or by the Authorities, without the Organiser or the participants being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever.

As a result, the Organiser and the participants waive the right to take any action against the Airport, except in the event of gross negligence, malicious action or conflicting legal rule, and against its insurers on account of any damage whatsoever sustained during the visit.

The organiser and the participants are informed that visits may be cancelled without notice at the request of the State authorities. They will not be entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever in this respect. Cancellation of a paying visit by the Airport may give rise to the payment of compensation.

Filming (photographs, videos, films) is authorised with the exception of individuals and facilities involved in conducting civil aviation security at the Airport and representatives of the French and Swiss authorities (police, gendarmes, customs officials, border guard). However, the State authorities may ban filming during the visit without notice.
