Wizz Air announces second Basel-Mulhouse route

Belgrade and Skopje routes to carry up to 90,000 yearly passengers

Wizz Air, the largest low-cost, low-fare airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announced a new route from Basel-Mulhouse to Belgrade from 15 December 2012.

This new route between Basel-Mulhouse and the Serbian capital city is announced shortly after Wizz Air confirmed the beginning of its low fares operations at EuroAirport from October with the route Basel- Mulhouse – Skopje.

The new service to Belgrade will operate three times a week every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The new Wizz Air routes to Belgrade and Skopje will increase the offer of flights available from EuroAirport to Southeast Europe for leisure and business travellers alike.

With the two new low fare routes connecting Basel-Mulhouse with the capital cities of Macedonia and Serbia, Wizz Air expects to carry up to 90,000 yearly passengers. Wizz Air operates a fleet of 39 new Airbus A320 aircraft and offers excellent customer service at very low fares.

The airline has launched a seat sale on wizzair.com with fares to Belgrade and Skopje starting from just 17.99 euro for a single flight (including mandatory taxes and booking fee).
