New catering services: Elior and EuroAirport launch the 3 LÄNDER restaurant and FOOD COURT

Monday, 8 June 2015, Jürg Rämi, Director EuroAirport, and Bertrand Lozé, CEO of Elior Concessions, opened the airport's new catering areas on the 5th floor of the airport building – the 3 LÄNDER restaurant, which brings together three Michelin-starred chefs, and the FOOD COURT with the Courtepaille and Francesca brands.

The opening marks the end of the new catering concept programme, begun on 1st October 2013. The airport terminal building now offers 13 completely refurbished catering outlets.

EuroAirport's management, who following a tender decided to work with travel catering specialist Elior, is delighted with the new offering, which is perfectly in line with the requirements of customers, passengers and lovers of good food. The 3 LÄNDER restaurant serves regional dishes with gourmet flair, served in a modern, elegant setting, while the FOOD COURT offers a varied selection of reasonably priced dishes.
